Lauren Ralph, Veterinary Assistant
Lauren was born in rural New Jersey where she grew up with numerous, different types of pets. Over the course of her life she's owned ducks, chickens, birds, reptiles, cats, dogs, rabbits, and rodents. As of current, she has two dogs, a cat, and an African grey parrot. She was initially interested in human medicine, devoting 400+ hours of internship to the local ER, assisted living, and stroke ward. Lauren then decided to combine her passion for medicine with her love for animals, and enrolled in a course to become a NAVTA approved veterinary assistant, a license which she finally earned in August 2017. She is now in school to become a Veterinary Technician and hopes to be a veterinarian someday.
In her free time Lauren likes to play video games, work on her art, annoy her cat, and make music.
