Amy grew up in Michigan and moved to Myrtle Beach, SC in 2005. Her background includes almost 15 years of retail management before she and her fiance decided to moved to West Virginia for 6 months.

In West Virginia, she started a job at a veterinary hospital as a receptionist. She loved her work but after one winter of not being able to deal with the cold, they decided to move to Ormond Beach where she started at Pet Street to continue working with animals. Amy has transitioned from a Client Care Coordinator to cross training as a veterinary assistant, to now running the hospital as the Assistant Hospital Manager.

In her free time, Amy loves to taking her dog Ziptie on long walks, spending time on the boat, hanging out with friends, and riding her motorcycle.
