Austin was born in Holly Hill, Florida, and grew up in the Daytona area all of his life. He has always loved the people here while growing up and currently has a lot of family and friends here which is why he chooses to stay.

Austin always had pets while growing up as a kid and he loved to take care of them. In school, he wasn’t sure what he wanted to pursue. Austin loved science and was getting a degree in Biology and, when figuring out what he could do with his degree, he came across the veterinarian field. He decided on veterinarian school because of the love he has for all of his pets and the love he holds for any animal. His current job at Pet Street is his first job in the field and he is greatly enjoying it!

​In Austin's free time, he loves to read, play games, and go to the gym. He also loves picking up random talents and tricks like yo-yo-ing, and juggling, and is currently learning how to properly use chopsticks. Austin also has two dogs and a corn snake, which he named after a bookstore, whom he loves to spend time with.
