​Pet Street Veterinary Care Center is now offering remote healthcare services with TeleVet! With the TeleVet mobile app you can easily send virtual consultation requests to us whenever your pet is sick or injured.

To get started, download the TeleVet app on the iTunes or Google Play store and create your personal profile and your pets (pictures encouraged!). When you need us, create a consultation request detailing your pet’s issue. Upload any pictures or videos, instant message, and talk with us face to face through a video conference call to help get your pet feeling better again. We look forward to talking with you soon.

*Only available for active Pet Street Veterinary Care Center clients and patients (our veterinarian has to have seen your pet within the last 12 months).
*Please be advised that the veterinarian or nurse/technician might decide that it is in the best interest for your pet to be seen in our clinic for further diagnostics. If this is the case the Telemedicine consultation fee will be subtracted from the exam fee at the clinic.
*Please be advised that the Telemedicine consultation fee does not include any medication.

Our veterinarians and nurses/technicians are busy with patients the whole days so it might take 4-6 hours before your get a response from them.

Monday: 9:00AM-6:00PM
Tuesday: 9:00AM-6:00PM
Wednesday: 9:00AM-4:00PM
Thursday: 9:00AM-6:00PM
Friday: 9:00AM-6:00PM
